Life Care Planning

A life care plan is a dynamic document that outlines the anticipated medical, rehabilitation, and support needs of an individual who has experienced a catastrophic injury or has a chronic health condition (e.g., spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputation.) Dr. Matthew Sprong, a Certified Life Care Planner, would assess and work with treating providers and others to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses current and future needs with usual customary and reasonable costs.

Dr. Sprong is also available to review life care plans produced and offer expert opinions related to the strengths and limitations of these plaintiff reports.

Dr. Sprong has been retained in both plaintiff and defensive cases - available to provide expert testimony.
